BravoSolution and Verticalnet merge to expand global capabilities and deliver solutions innovation

BravoSolution acquired Verticalnet on January 25, 2007 bringing together the powerful combination of BravoSolution's supply management leadership and impressive growth in Europe with Verticalnet’s market-leading supply management platform. As a result, multi-national organizations now have a powerful new resource at their hands; the ability to leverage leading solutions from an organization with local teams in Europe, Asia, and North America.

This powerful combination will yield a leader in the supply management space. The combined BravoSolution team will offer support from over 300 team members in 11 offices worldwide. Verticalnet will immediately take on the name BravoSolution US, however, we will continue to serve customers from both companies with the products, team members, and superior solutions to which they are accustomed. There are currently no plans to discontinue our commitment to either the Verticalnet or BravoSolution toolkits, thus ensuring that our customers will be able to continue to use and expand upon the product suites they have so carefully selected.
